Quilchena Terrace

A spacious room beautifully lit with natural light. A wall of sliding glass doors open onto a large deck with a spectacular view of the Kerrisdale valley. The Quilchena Terrace’s deck is a favourite, providing the perfect venue for hosting one of our delectable barbecues or a cocktail party. The deck is equipped with a fully enclosed retractable roof, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor space all year long. 

Capacity: 100 seated or 195 reception

Strathcona Room

Nestled in the heart of the Club, the Strathcona Room is the perfect location for any occasion. Decorated in soft earthtones, the Strathcona Room is the perfect balance between design and function. The room can be arranged for a night of celebration or an afternoon of high productivity. We are here to meet your needs. 

Capacity: 180 seated  or 225 reception
Ideal for weddings, receptions, social events, and meetings.

The Boardroom

Optimized for maximum productivity, the Boardroom is beautifully lit by natural light, giving the space a comfortable atmosphere. The Boardroom is equipped with a large screen and is WiFi ready. Additionally, we offer full catering services for extended sessions.

Ideal for meetings and collaborative planning sessions.
